Refund Policy – VSP Capital & Pasala Properties

VSP Capital Investment Co., LLC and Pasala Properties are committed to providing transparent, high-quality service as part of your EB-5 investment journey. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which fees paid for consulting, documentation, and advisory services may or may not be refunded.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All consultation fees, administrative charges, and application processing fees paid to VSP Capital or Pasala Properties are **non-refundable**. This includes fees paid for:

• Initial consultation or strategy sessions
• Preliminary document evaluations
• Advisory or investment recommendation services
• Access to curated EB-5 investment opportunities

2. Third-Party Fees

We are not responsible for any fees paid to third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

• Immigration attorneys
• USCIS application or filing fees
• Real estate developers or investment project managers
• Government or legal entities

Requests for refunds from these third parties must be made directly to them as per their individual policies.

3. Conditional Refunds

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered **only if**:

• The client cancels a service **prior to execution** of any advisory or documentation process.
• The cancellation request is submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, and no services have been rendered.

Approval of any such refund is at the sole discretion of VSP Capital and must be formally requested via email with a valid reason.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Transaction or gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: government processing delays, USCIS policy changes, pandemics, natural disasters, or changes in immigration law.
